Refund policy

Products are not eligible for returns or refunds without a solid reason. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product descriptions, sizing charts, and any other relevant information before making a purchase. Exceptions can be made; however, this based on the discretion of the designer and her team.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchange on customized products. Products are only eligible for returns/refunds under the following conditions:

  1. If the garment has been received in a damaged condition, we will accept a return and issue a refund or exchange. Returns/refunds will only be provided if a photo clearly shows that the product is received damaged. The final decision rests with the store owner.

  2. An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer support team at support@youensembles.com  within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and attach a photo (if applicable).

Once we receive your request, we will review your case and respond with instructions for returning the product. The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by the Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If we approve your return, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.


Shipping Costs

We are unable to refund any shipping costs associated with your purchase, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. If the return is due to a damaged product or delivery failure, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
